Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes when refunds may be available for NyanjaHost products.

Hosting plans

New shared hosting subscriptions may qualify for a refund within 30 days of first purchase if the service could not be delivered due to our failure, subject to verification. Refunds are not available after substantial use of resources, for renewals already consumed, or for violations of the Acceptable Use Policy.

Domains

Domain registrations and transfers are generally non-refundable once submitted to the registry, because registry fees are non-recoverable. Always verify the domain spelling before checkout.

How to request

Open a billing ticket from the client portal with your order number and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible, typically within 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider.

Chargebacks

Contact support before filing a chargeback. Unfounded chargebacks may result in account suspension while the dispute is resolved.
